What our private jet charter service

We arrange private jet charter. We act as your agent in finding an aircraft and an operator for your trip, coordinating the request, and passing along the resulting schedule and price. We do not own or operate aircraft, and we do not exercise operational control over any flight.

The flight itself is provided by an FAA Part 135 air carrier that holds operational control and is responsible for the aircraft, crew, maintenance, dispatch, and the conduct of the flight. The operator's certificate and safety record are its own, and we can tell you which operator is proposed for your trip so you can review them.

Quotes are estimates until confirmed

Every price you see from us is an estimate based on the aircraft class, route, dates, and typical hourly rates. It is not a final price and it does not create a booking. A charter is confirmed only when the operator accepts the trip and issues its own contract, and the final price can move based on aircraft availability, crew duty limits, positioning, fuel, and airport fees.

Hourly ranges vary by class, from turboprops at roughly $2,200 to $3,500 per hour up to heavy jets at roughly $9,500 to $14,500 per hour. Treat those figures as planning numbers, not a quote for a specific tail number.

Payment and cancellation terms

When a trip is confirmed, you enter a contract with the operator, and that contract governs payment terms, deposits, cancellation windows, change fees, and refunds. We do not set those terms. Read the operator's contract before you pay, because cancellation policies differ widely and can be strict close to departure.

If you cancel, what you owe depends on the operator's terms and how far ahead you cancel. We will help you understand the schedule and pass along requests, but the operator decides whether a refund or credit applies.

Taxes, fees, and what the price includes

Charter prices generally include federal excise tax on commercial air transportation, and they may include segment fees, landing fees, handling, and crew costs depending on how the operator structures its quote. Some items, such as catering, ground transportation, or de-icing, can be billed separately.

Ask for a line-item breakdown before you confirm. The number you see from us is an estimate of the all-in cost, but only the operator's invoice and contract tell you exactly what is included and what is extra.

Pet travel arrangements

Because this site focuses on flying with pets, we help you raise the right questions early: whether the operator allows pets in the cabin, whether there are carrier or weight limits, and whether any pet fee applies. Those rules belong to the operator and the aircraft, not to us, and they can change between trips.

We pass along the information you give us, but you are responsible for confirming pet policies, documentation, and any destination requirements with the operator before departure.

Limitation of liability

We are an agent, not the carrier. We are not liable for delays, cancellations, diversions, weather, mechanical issues, or injuries arising from the flight, which are the operator's responsibility under its contract and applicable law. Our responsibility is limited to arranging the charter in good faith.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a charter arrangement is limited to the fee we received for that arrangement. Nothing here limits rights you may have against the operator under its contract or federal rules.
