What we collect on a charter quote

When you submit a quote request, we ask for your name, phone number and email address, and we ask about the trip itself: where you are flying from and to, your travel dates, how many passengers are coming, and anything that affects the aircraft choice, such as a pet traveling in the cabin. If you call us instead, we take the same details by phone.

We also collect basic technical information that arrives with any web request, such as the browser type and the page you came from. We use that to see which airport and route pages people actually use, which tells us where to spend the effort on things like density altitude notes for summer departures from Centennial or Deer Valley.

Why we ask for contact and trip details

The point of the quote is to give you a real number for a real aircraft, so we need enough detail to match your trip to operators who can fly it. Your contact information exists so we can send the estimate and answer follow-up questions about it.

We also use trip details in aggregate to improve the site. If a lot of people are asking about midsize aircraft between Dallas and Houston, that is a signal about which city pages need work. That aggregate view does not identify you.

Who sees your request

We are a charter broker, not an operator. To build your quote, we share the trip details, and your name and phone number, with the FAA Part 135 operators we ask to price the flight. They need that to confirm aircraft availability and to call you if a question comes up about the itinerary or the pet. We do not sell your information, and we do not hand it to anyone who is not involved in quoting or arranging your trip.

Operators who receive your request handle it under their own privacy practices, and their rules may differ from ours. When you accept a quote, the flight is operated by that operator, which holds operational control and the responsibility that goes with it.

How we handle call recording

Calls to and from our quote line may be recorded. The reason is practical: charter details get complicated, and a recording settles questions about what was quoted, which aircraft class was discussed and what was said about your travel dates. If you would rather not be recorded, say so at the start of the call and we will note it.

We do not record calls to build marketing profiles, and we do not share recordings with operators as a matter of course.

How long we keep your information

Quote requests are kept while your trip is active and for a reasonable period afterward, so that a returning customer does not have to repeat every detail. After that, we delete or anonymize the record. Call recordings are kept for a shorter window than written request records, long enough to resolve a dispute about a quote.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. We will do it unless we have a specific reason to keep a record, such as an active booking or a legal obligation.

Questions about your information

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to stop contacting you. Email us through the contact details on this site and we will respond. If you have already accepted a quote and the flight is in progress, direct requests about the booking to the operator, since they hold the passenger manifest.

If we change how we handle information, we will update this page rather than send a separate notice, so it is worth a look before you submit a new request.
