Private Jet Charter Quotes
One call gets you a quote in writing, not a range. Tell us the route and we work from hourly figures that run $2,200 to $3,500 for turboprops up to $9,500 to $14,500 for heavy jets, then narrow it to the aircraft that fits your cabin and your pet.

- Private Jet Charter Quotes
Every quote on this site is an estimate, and we say so on the page. The real number depends on which aircraft is available on your date, how far the flight runs, and what the operator charges for the specific tail. That is why the first conversation matters more than the first email.
We are a broker, not an operator. Flights are flown by FAA Part 135 operators who hold operational control, and the quote you receive names the aircraft and the operator behind it. We handle the comparison and the paperwork so you can judge the numbers side by side.
Because this site covers pet friendly private jet travel, tell us about the animal up front. Cabin size, baggage volume and what an operator allows in the cabin vary by aircraft, and it is easier to filter for that at the start than to re-shop a trip a day before departure.
What to have ready when you call
- Your route by city pair, and whether either end needs a smaller field such as Teterboro (TEB) rather than a major airline hub
- Travel dates and the window you can move within, since a few hours of flexibility often changes which aircraft is open
- Passenger count and total baggage, including kennels, carriers and anything oversized
- Breed and weight of each pet, plus whether you want the animal in the cabin or in baggage
- Whether the trip is one way, round trip or multi-leg, and any ground transport already booked
What happens after you call
We take your details, check availability across the aircraft classes that fit the mission, and come back with options rather than a single price. A short hop priced in the $4,000 to $6,000 band on a light jet looks different from a transcontinental trip in the $23,500 to $36,000 range, and both need the same clarity on what is included.
Expect the quote in writing with the aircraft type, the operator, the estimated flight time and the cost. If the numbers do not work, say so. A different class or a nearby airport is often the fix, and we would rather rework the trip than leave you comparing a figure you cannot use.
Questions
How fast can you get a private jet charter quote?
Most quotes come back the same business day once we have your route, date and passenger count. Aircraft availability is the variable, not the pricing math. On tight notice we check what is on the ground near you first, and if nothing fits we say so rather than quoting an aircraft that cannot make the trip.
Does a pet change the price of a charter flight?
The price is set by aircraft, route and time, so a dog or cat does not add a line item the way it might on an airline. What changes is which aircraft you can use. A cabin 4 ft 9 in tall with 66 cu ft of baggage suits a large dog better than a tighter one, and some operators have their own rules, so we filter for both.
How much does a private jet charter cost?
Hourly rates run from $2,200 to $3,500 for turboprops, $3,800 to $5,800 for light jets and up to $9,500 to $14,500 for heavy jets. A New York to Miami light jet trip estimates at $10,000 to $15,000, and Los Angeles to Las Vegas at $4,000 to $6,000. Treat all of these as estimates until an operator confirms your date.
